BC Oversight - Taxpayers will be on the hook for another law suit being filed with the Supreme court. The suit seeks millions in damages for what will amount to seventeen years of RCMP retaliatory abuse, which continues today and how we know the RCMP remains of a failed command.
MLA Shirley Bond called on Smithers RCMP Failed Command
A criminal breach of trust issue has been raised against Public Safety Minister MLA Shirley Bond given her and the Clark governments continued failed command of the RCMP as indicated by the Smithers Detachment. The failed command of the RCMP was first identified in 1998 yet remains a constant indicating the only real resolution is the RCMP's dismantle.
